Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
I think it is way too early to consider a proposal from a major which likely at this stage would be very poor. With 5-10mm to drill this out properly then the subsequent offers from majors will be a much better fit for shareholders and wouldn't require us to sell out a majority for peanuts. The key here is to find a large deposit (multiple?) and get the bidding war going. In the meantime CE covers our current mcap and can provide healthy cash flow if we go down that route.
We just hit 20 meters of sulphides at CE so we are already finding it!! Now we need to follow the trail :)
They can try to pounce if they want but no way they would get anything at all at those levels... 8p is a joke. BOD are much to professional to sell out on cheap.
I've been adding and adding and seems last big seller cleared out this morning. Looking for ARC to re-rate quite significantly once drill results hopefully come out good/very good. There is copper out there for sure. The move from 5p -> 2.4p has largely seen shares being picked up by strong hands who are in tune with NVS's strategy so once road ahead is clearer don't see much supply coming as free float should be limited. I think you need to spend a bit more time doing DD if that is what you think :)
I believe the other lab was in Australia so factor in the shipping time and the time to analyze would probably work out the same. Regardless, NvS and the team are working hard to progress this asset with maximum upside potential for shareholders. His interests are fully aligned remember! Now we can drill Cheyeza west and get the majors interest at a better lvl for us.
yes
yeah that would make sense that the news is bad and the Directors of the company just bought more shares :)
I think you need to wait for news and hope that the value that the Directors obviously see in the prospect shows up in the assays.
Ok, we didn't go to 20p today but do I care as a LTH? Not at all. As LVI pointed out NPV to SAV right now is around 28p and we are trading at a hefty 50%+ discount to this. As we progress towards DFS and have an updated bigger resource the discount to NPV will diminish. Sit tight and let the II's pay up for the shares and I for one will not be selling until the discount to NPV goes away or until we approach the fair value that I expect to be around 50p for Portugal alone. Then we have MOZ worth around 25p.... Strong buy GLA
