TOP NEWS: November UK Construction Sector Growth Better Than Expected

LONDON (Alliance News) - Britain's construction sector expanded ahead of expectations in November, despite Brexit worries continuing to hold back business confidence.

The Markit/CIPS UK Construction purchasing managers' index rose to 53.4 in November from 53.2 in October.

A reading above 50 indicates growth, and economists had been expecting a reading of just 52.5.

Growth of new work picked up and rising demand underpinned jobs creation in the sector, which grew at its fastest pace since December 2015.

Oil Prices Surge Over 4% After US-China Trade Truce

WASHINGTON (Alliance News) - Oil prices rose over 4% on Monday as trade tensions eased and investors pinned hopes that crude exporters would agree to cut output at OPEC's policy meeting on December 6.

Global benchmark Brent crude jumped a little over 4% to USD61.87 per barrel while US crude futures traded higher by 4.4% at USD53.17 per barrel.

Mobile Streams announces direct billing agreement with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for their games store, mobilegaming.com

London, United Kingdom - 30 November 2018 - Mobile Streams, the global mobile content retailer, today announces an agreement with BSNL, India's state owned telecommunications company for a potential direct billing connection to over 100 million customers.

Mobile Streams formed its Indian subsidiary, Mobile Streams India Private Limited in 2015 and is currently providing downloadable and online versions of their games store, mobilegaming.com.

This represents the fourth billing connection in India for Mobile Streams and provides an opportunity to grow the active subscriber base.

Simon Buckingham, CEO of Mobile Streams said: "We welcome the opportunity to partner with India's longest established communication service provider. The mobile games industry in India has great potential and we are pleased to connect with BSNL's 100 million subscribers."

Financial highlights:

· Decrease in revenues to £3m (2017: £5.7m) caused primarily by ongoing challenges in the Company's core market of Argentina.

· EBITDA* loss of £1.2m (2017 loss: £1.48m) attributable to expansion in India.

· Loss before tax £0.9m (2017 loss: £1.5m)

· Loss after tax of £1m (2017 loss of £1.7m)

· Basic loss per share of 1p per share (2017: loss of 2.62p per share)

· £1m in cash (2017: £2.3m), with no debt. Current cash is £0.7m
