Cyrus Capital Partners Builds 5.8% Stake In Stobart (ALLISS)

(Alliance News) - Stobart Group Ltd said Tuesday Cyrus Capital Partners LP built a nearly 6% stake in the support services firm after a transaction on May 30.

Cyrus Capital held 21.5 million shares in Stobart following the transaction, equivalent to a 5.8% stake in the 370.8 million shares outstanding in the firm.

The holding of Cyrus - if any - prior to the transaction was not disclosed. Shares in Stobart closed 2.9% higher at 106.60 pence in London on Tuesday.
