As a New holder before ex-div at 50p seems good for me to hold and re-invest for now.

I think saying subscribed has confused a simple thing.

One site does not include the next dividend as not declared. Still 17%.

Share price has fallen due to Uncertainty - the Government may introduce the ROC and FiT schemes which will affect the NAV.

Please look at the RNS for the 11 November.

Once the uncertainty is certain and not the Worse case scenario the share price will hopefully recover.

Asteriscos has been large shareholder for years . It is 32% , Due to buy back they been placed as a innocent bystander when they went over Mandatory bid of 30%.

It was not 0% previously.

There have been previous RNS for Asteriscos .

Short term bearish as they exit the FTSE 250.

We have a 90 days delay on Tarrifs , hopefully a better deal with China.

Just got a message from my Broker , as they stated

JQW plc - Declared Worthless - Correction

JQW plc were not declared worthless and as such your holding has been reinstated.

They still have them as N/A Value so just another company that I see as a Mistake I made.

There was also normal Final Dividend + a Special Dividend.
