Sorry, email you are right about the principal and duties of CEO's, but in my view you are very wrong about SD, he has proved to be the real deal for GGP, last night's ill judged comment aside. That comment should have been aimed/addressed to the shareholder membership as a whole IMO, the people who attended yestreday are going to be , in the greater majority, very pro GGP.
