status of the $45 million UAE Export Credit Agency backed revolving trade loan facility (the "Facility"), which was agreed in October 2021 to assist with the working capital requirements of the two IMI newbuild jackup rigs which are currently under construction at the Group's Hamriyah yard.

As announced on 24 June 2022, under the terms of the Facility, the Company was required to make an initial milestone repayment of $26.4 million on 27 June 2022. The Company confirms that it has not made the initial milestone repayment and continues to work with the lending banks and also Blofeld Investment Management ("Blofeld"), a 25.06 per cent shareholder in Lamprell, in connection with an extension to the payment date. The Group also continues to engage with Blofeld regarding an interim funding solution or bridge financing in connection with a possible offer to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Lamprell.

This announcement has been made without the consent of Blofeld.

I read that they filed for Chapter 11. Which allows for restructuring of debt whilst still trading. It is not uncommon and many US companies have gone through this including General Motors and K Mart

All multiplied by 10 should the share consolidation be exercised by 30th June.

Possibly caught up in the slipstream of the 'Bear Bounce' cant see why the jump in SP based on info we already know. Hopefully it is due to positive news.

The FinnCap report on this is very positive.

Hopefully it's based on some good news coming our way early next week.

Keeping a tight hold on my shares !

Just been in White Hart, Oke. Not many people/tables taken apart from a group 11 teenagers spread over two opposite tables, brought there own drinks In ( Monster cans and plastic bottles) and only saw one order of onion rings in the 1hour+ I was in there. Language not suitable for a family.
Normally very pleasant in there. If it were my first experience I would not return

I think this is just profit taking.

We still have, Grand Prix(s), Wimbledon, All the Tennis Opens, Queens Club, Golf, Football World Cup, Rugby inc 7''S, Horse Racing, start of English Football League.
I would think seasonal events and gaps are priced into the SP

My 'buy' today at 4.50 is showing as a 'sell'.....typical
