Bonum: I really want to believe that this will come good for us, the small shareholders, and that the company doesn't go down the usual AIM path that profits those at the top of the pyramid with little actually trickling down to those at the lower levels. It seems that the most frequent reward for AIM investors is to live in a hope that seldom materializes. Here’s to a decent return on the money we've invested in the company. Soon.

General Public Ownership A big stake of 42.99% in MMX is held by the general public. With this size of ownership, retail investors can collectively play a role in major company policies that affect shareholders returns, including executive remuneration and the appointment of directors. They can also exercise the power to decline an acquisition or merger that may not improve profitability. Final words MMX’s considerably high level of institutional ownership calls for further analysis into its margin of safety. This is to avoid getting trapped in a sustained sell-off that is often observed in stocks with this level of institutional participation. However, other important factors we must never forget to assess are the fundamentals. I recommend you take a look at our latest free analysis report on Minds + Machines Group to see MMX’s fundamentals and whether it could be considered an undervalued opportunity.
Who Are The Top Investors In Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX)? Sebastian Eder September 21, 2017 In this analysis, my focus will be on developing a perspective on Minds + Machines Group Limited’s (AIM:MMX) latest ownership structure, a less discussed, but important factor. When it comes to ownership structure of a company, the impact has been observed in both the long-and short-term performance of shares. The effect of an active institutional investor with a similar ownership as a passive pension-fund can be vastly different on a company’s corporate governance and accountability to shareholders. While this may be more interesting for long-term investors, short-term investors can also benefit by paying attention to when these institutions trade in order to take advantage of the heightened volatility. Now I will analyze MMX’s shareholder registry in more detail. Check out our latest analysis for Minds + Machines Group AIM:MMX Ownership Summary Sep 21st 17 AIM:MMX Ownership Summary Sep 21st 17 Institutional Ownership With an institutional ownership of 52.80%, MMX can face volatile stock price movements if institutions execute block trades on the open market, more so, when there are relatively small amounts of shares available on the market to trade However, as not all institutions are alike, such high volatility events, especially in the short-term, have been more frequently linked to active market participants like hedge funds. For MMX shareholders, the potential of this type of share price volatility shouldn’t be as concerning as hedge fund ownership is is not significant, indicating few chances of such sudden price moves. While that hardly seems concerning, I will explore further into MMX’s ownership type to find out how it can affect the company’s investment profile. Insider Ownership I find insiders are another important group of stakeholders, who are directly involved in making key decisions related to the use of capital. In essence, insider ownership is more about the alignment of shareholders’ interests with the management. MMX insiders hold a not-so-significant 4.22% stake in the company, which somewhat aligns their interests with that of shareholders. However, a higher level of insider ownership has been linked to management executing on high-returning projects instead of expansion projects for the sake of apparent growth. It would also be interesting to check what insiders have been doing with their shareholding recently. Insider buying can be a positive indicator of future performance, but a selling decision can be simply driven by personal financial requirements. General Public Ownership A big stake of 42.99% in MMX is held by the general public. Munters: That looks like an ADVFN format post you did there. A man of many talents.
In the RNS 25th May it stated "announces that following a number of informal approaches from external parties". The key word here is "number" as in more than one.
If my buy is down as a sell we can be quite sure that all of todays trades are buys. What can you believe on LSE. They really need to get their act together.
Just bought 50957 shares for 11.75p Which kind of messes up the range that says high/buy low//sell.
Once again a better than expected RNS is been over shadowed by a sad troll who's only promation of this company is to abuse former and present employees who are responsible for its value.
And not even “a good buying opportunity” was given.
Yes, I know Toby says one million by the end of the year but .VIP has been on a continual downward trend for the past four weeks dropping 10%, 79400.
I would filter him but to be honest he does bring a small smile to my face. I can say this because I am invested here and have a right to make comments as I am invested here. Just had a sense of deja vu, again.
bonum: Yes the band was just great. Anyone on Scotland looking for a band to REALLY get the party started have a look at Clanadonia on utube. But you just might need to get a bigger place away from the neighbours

norrab. Just had my daughters wedding. Not sure of the total amount but I could probably have bought a decent sized house for less. It took over a year to find everything and get it all to come together. Some of the contacts were made via ebay, but most were internet searched. Some of the items were sourced in the USA and Europe, Distance is not really a problem nowadays. When you start it's like searching through a fog until you find the correct phrasing. The bands were found by luck and talking to other people then checked out on utube. In hindsight it would have been a lot easier if there was a dot.wedding catagory that grouped them all on the same place. All in all, it was a really good bash...
Hey Bonum...Looks like the special needs bus has finally arrived. Was wondering when it would stop here.
