Hi Crazytowner, a lot of unnecessary worry from a few people regarding the last bit of the funding but if they a look at one of Jeremey Greys earlier (Chancery Royalty) webcasts you will hear him say if Kefi want more money they will happily oblige.

The Company would like to retract this statement on the basis that the historic results have not yet been

reported in accordance with the JORC (2012) guidelines.

As announced to the ASX on 12 November 2025, the Company informed shareholders that a field

exploration program had commenced at the Nejo Gold and Copper Project in Ethiopia which was

designed to, amongst other things, validate the location and information of the historic drilling which

information would then be applied to the design parameters of the Company's maiden drilling program.

In respect of 2025, the Board has recommended a final ordinary dividend of 2.43 pence per share, which, together with the interim ordinary dividend of 1.22 pence per share totals 3.65 pence per share, an increase of 15% compared to 2024, in line with the Board's commitment to a progressive and sustainable ordinary dividend. The Board has also announced its intention to implement an ordinary share buyback of up to £1.75 billion, which will commence as soon as is practicable and is expected to be completed by 31 December 2026.

Hi Crazytowner, strangely I just sold my Centimin/Anglo holding to buy my last top-up here, so as much as Anglo was a good holding for me I would much prefer Kefi going all the way to production and paying a dividend, GLA

Loan Documentation Signed & Equity Update

Further to the announcement of 20 October 2025 and the subsequent arrangement of the US$100M equity funding, the Company is delighted to confirm that the final documentation with respect to the US$240M Loan Facility is fully signed.

The balance of the US$100M equity-risk capital, being US$30M of subordinated streams and royalties and US$20M of Ethiopian Preference Shares is undergoing final documentation. Signing of the fully integrated final funding package remains on track for February 2026. Additional offerings of this type, which are not dilutive at the plc or asset level, totalling $36 million are being considered to potentially boost cash reserves, which in turn would also fund exploration and social programmes.
