Two things I don't understand, if you guys could help me out:

- there is a sell order for 650,000 shares at 16:37 which is out of hours.

- there is 7.08m more sold shares than bought shares - don't the market makers have to clear their inventory since the shares are to be delisted ?

I don't think the liquidity will be there unfortunately. Maybe if samir shasha had gotten us a week of trading instead of just one day

They probably valued it on a replacement cost basis rather than market value/ current resale value. But then why give us inaccurate figures? Maybe he's just being emotional - I remember all the noise he made when the banks closed the doors on paynet after they asked for USD renumeration.

I think the one for 2.5m USD is our Mount Pleasant property. Its a commercial property and the price range is right - nothing similar to has been seen on the property websites. I tried to estimate a linear regression using all other listed properties' prices on building size and empty land size. The results might indicate the value of property in the audited results might be too high - I estimated it at 1.04m and the audited results say 2.3m (USD).

Our property has a building size of 1,000m and an empty land size of 9908m (10908m-1000m).

so 221356 + 202*(1000) + 62*(9908) = $1,037,652

It sounds like things are recovering a bit in Zim and Shasha plans on liquidating the Radar holdings for some amount - maybe he'll turn things around and at least get liquidation value for the company's assets. I imagine he's motivated since he owns 2/3's of the company's stock. Shares are probably worth a fair bit more than current price.

Well in the past its been released in Feb - although I know there was a delay last year. I was just guessing end of the month. No special information here.

We'll see if the CEO, who owns 2 thirds of the stock, has made any progress with the company when the accounts come out around the end of the month. He seems like a competent manager. There's a chance of a positive development.
