Fellow shareholders, I can accept a lot including my current losses of £145,000

I can accept that AIM is a gamble, that's fine.

However, I cannot accept the fact that the board continue to blame shareholders for their failings.

Therefore I have voted my 4.9m shares in favour of the resolution.

As you can see I don't post much, my last & only post was to support BD etc in the previous SHAG.
I attended the meeting today with 2 other shareholders. There was no new information, the board were adamant that the EAG strategy of slow but sure was the way forward. We asked about fees but the usual response of market norm & when pushed they still wouldn't give a figure as they said it could easily change. They confirmed that no other bidder was interested in letting Scir retain a percentage. When pushed about at least staying in for the drill they said it was too much risk & again reiterated that it would cause further dilution to shareholders. I for one said I was prepared for that risk ( I am £140,000 down as of today) The board said it was too much of a risk versus reward for them to go to the drill. They kept stating that shareholders voted for the new strategy & I said that we wouldn't have if we knew we would be selling ruvama for $3m. I also asked about Kiliwani north & we still have 8% stake in that but no information going forward.

Hi all LTH's & everyone with an interest in a healthy Solo SP. I have been in the Oil & Gas Industry for 30 years now, onshore & offshore UK, now drilling & producing Gas / Condensate in Oman for BP. Before anyone asks I don't know the Zubairs but can tell you that the Nationals highly respect them. Been with BP for 24 years now & never had the pleasure of meeting NR. Along with many, I have been extremely patient here & strongly believe in the Assets but after 7 long years invested in Solo, I now (not for the first time) find myself over 50% down with NR's spending responsible for a sizeable portion of that. To tie is hands I will pledge my 1,934,982 shares.
