They give targets but ultimately its the investors who drive the sp to their targets. But there are so many things that affects to drive to their targets which is in no one's capacity to anticipate. They can predict only when they have capacity to buy in the project to drive to that target. How can you predict a price which you have no control of unless it's just a speculation?

Clearly the market was expecting a JV news to avoid further dilution as drilling comes with huge cost and the £4,5mil raised recently wouldn't be enough till Q3 with EWT. Its completely insane to put up such a rns before any off takers or funding sorted before EWT.

Rogerjolly, you are free to buy and sell whenever you like but the way you were posting and ramping and suggesting others to buy is wrong. Everyone is here to make money but you telling that placing is coming when you could have told that aswell as if you were qualified financial advisor.
