Why does it have such a high spread? the nav says 50? did they eventually get a good price for a property and now the spread is trying to reclaim some of that lost money?

We have had a low in September of 1.05 and since then it has been 2.3 in November. If it goes low again then I will buy more and then set the sell of those shares for 3p ish. I will play long and short.... take that MM's
