the only reason i am bit annoyed is because i have already lost a lot of money in these last year, well a lot to me..

atleast they are still going to have cash in the bank after they pay the fine, i got stung and sold out when this first came about with Dr Reddy calling for foul play and they employ a hell of a lot more in the states so the states was always going to side with them. i think though that Indivior and Enquest are a bit of an Omen to me but going to stick it out now as the court case as cleared up and they will now behave themselves, just got to push those sales and Thursdays trading update will be interesting to give a clearer picture of where we are heading, with the new addiction drugs.

i think the share price is already priced in the worse case scenario, may have a drop then bounce back to current levels so will be a top up opportunity imo
