I'm sure his unbridled optimism would shine through if he was using another name, but I for one will be happier when I see one post from him...
Consolidation is just a way of being able to let the price drift down 30% before the next rights issue, without it showing up so much. That's why I expect it to happen if we are still independent this time next year. Big if...
I'm expecting SEE to be taken over long before another fund raise is required - the price on the other hand is another thing altogether. Anywhere from 4p to 24p
Ah, but the BOD didn't have so many shares then...
I seem to recall Odyssey's biggest hit was 'If you are looking for a way out' ... personally I'm going to hang on until after I see how many shares the directors take up. This could be them taking one last chance to line their pockets before a sale in the autumn...
I am half expecting the ' 3p Offer' that is being taken up by 'certain directors' to be seen as a significant buying opportunity by those same certain directors - indeed it would not completely surprise if that wasn't the whole reason for the choice of a cheap 3p.
If they don't buy a lot - and I mean a lot - of shares then we are in serious doodoo
Old Fool - totally agree, and yes I was caught by RED earlier this week too... my only defence is that I bought both shares as a gamble - seems I lost.
Like many on here, I'll still be holding on 31st March - but late results will be inexcusable for me and evidence of bad management, so I would, with some regrets, be at very least downsizing. Still, a week's a long-time in... SEE
Anyone know if Asda are still selling inflatable kayaks for a tenner? Or do we need a bigger (life)boat?
Numpty - yep, I'd go with that one !
1. CAE to announce SEE software to be installed on all new simulators
2. Emirates to announce trial of in-flight pilot monitoring
3. Boeing to announce full safety review to encompass pilot training
4. Textron announce trial of SEE software in simulators
5. RAF to announce trial of monitoring software currently used by RAAF
All look feasible to me and not an SEE announcement in sight...
Chin up people - another buying opportunity will soon be here...
What - Yes, CAE are No.1 in the simulator market with 33% of new sales in 2018 - L3 are No. 3. Aviation linking up well - just those 2 and their connected airways would make a substantial business on its own. Hopefully we will see some numbers for this soon so we can get a handle on just how substantial.
Oops - missed that - sorry everyone. Date is showing as 18th on marketscreener site but that might be a guess too...

There's the link to the date...
11th March, according to Bloomberg.
For anybody who might like to understand the subject better, there is a short course ' Battery Storage Technology: Opportunities and Uses EIT Innoenergy' on Future Learn at the moment - www.futurelearn.com
Highlights both the scale of the opportunities for the company and the delays that the BoD are having to cope with.
I haven't ruled out the possibility that the wins so far are not as big as hoped, which would mean reducing that A$140m
Quite possibly one of the smaller ones for the future - I have them as having an L3 connection
Top 5 suppliers are said to be:
1. CAE (33% of market)
2. Flight Safety International Inc.
3. L3 Technologies
4. Textron Inc
5. The Boeing Company
Two of these (1 and 3) should already be aware of SEE via Emirates (CAE are their training partner) and Qantas respectively, but there are plenty more models to come once they see the software working. Looking forward to three more wins!

Completely agree - wasn't going in to how it's done - just saying it not only can be done legally , but in most circumstances should be... .
