What if the RNS says the offer has been accepted, would that preclude a counter bid or is that still possible?

So why wait longer to sell?

Once the RNS lands and price is revealed, if the sp goes to almost offer price why wouldn't you just sell? Is it because a counter offer may come in? Also why would anyone buy at that price?

I think that the short term traders have realised that this isn't the share they thought it was and have been baling out. Hopefully serious PIs and IIs are now buying. News is upcoming although maybe not tomorrow although that would be nice
