It is interesting the avg household will get £109 compensation. I never got any govt payments from GE they said the payments were on electricity and not on the gas. Winchcombe hold around 149m, but there are at least two directors of Winchcombe ltd, Harry and Ronald so the 149 million Winchcombe hold only benefit Harry in proportion.

Harry's 26.4m still have to be ratified by the board.

Balancing Harry's shares which should be a simple arithmetic exercise turned into another conundrum.

Last Year Harry was holding around 82million shares, today Kefi report that he is infact holding 54.7 million.

If retail holders every get their money back I think we should count our lucky stars as Kefi have so many shares now it looks like they themselves have lost count, and many folk here just assume things will work out for the best.

Canny RAB probably will be buying back in. Looks like one sale was revoked, this happens too frequently with large orders and could be done to confuse the market in some skewey way.

Also just because 63.2million is a large order and says sell, Rab could indeed be buying back at a cheap price having pocked the 30% or so profit when they recently sold.

Yes you are right Kefi may be short on voters. Most of my shares are with ii and they make it easy for you to vote.

However SAXO Bank most disgustingly ask you to pay a subscription fee for proxy voting of 30EU or 5EU per a vote. I will be leaving SAXO as soon as I feel there is a satisfactory exit point for approx 25% of my Kefi Holding. SAXO is a platform for wealthy traders who can afford to be fleeced by the SAXO company over fees and currency transactions. Not for the small time trader trying to make a few quid by putting in hours and hours of research. I am not even convinced their Level 2 is the whole of the london Market or just a few bidders who also happen to be buying and selling on the SAXO platform. Basic message is Kefi is poorly covered on SAXO and they don't even bother plotting Kefi graphs in real time on most occasions.

I am voting against directors being allowed to issue shares willie nilly. The situation with RAB smacks of dodgy dealing possibly made possible by the Board originally allowing a major investor to nominate someone on the board. Ok I read that once their holding was below 10% RAB would not have been able to have non exec and indeed Adam Taylor left the company in 2021 after a round of financing where he jumped ship for another job somewhere.

However did RAB still have an insider somehow though? The board need a shot across the bows to stop them from giving their friends the chance to trade Kefi shares when all share holders should be given the chance to salvage their finances before a price collapse.

Also it would be good if the board started to move the company in the direction of generating some income. Perhaps it is John Leach that is the problem with this model in that the board has only so far managed to generate lots of shares to give to themselves with not even one small project around the world ticking away generating income to prove the company can run a mine.

To show my disapproval I have voted not to re-elected J. Leach to the board.

Since I have withdrawn My offer to drive the digger I could try to become nominated to the board of Kefi in the hope I could stop the board's constant addiction to fundraising by issuing shares instead of running the company to make a profit from extracting minerals. Any advice on getting elected appreciated.

Before I mark my ballot paper is anyone happy to convince me otherwise?

Just thinking, the best scams are those situations where you don't realize you been scammed until it is too late.

Very hard life lessen but considering or the publications and professionals that believed this is real and still believe we can't be blamed for being taken for a ride.

Anyone with an average over 1p will have completely cr*pped themselves when they saw RAB derisk at around 1p. I don't have the time to do any research anymore, but I do remember RAB had a stooge on the board as they had saved KEFI from having to stop drilling over in Saudi. Those diamond drilling bits don't come cheap.

I assume their Stooge reported back before this latest round of fund raisers so RAB didn't get caught out and feel HA had stung them big time. Actually the RAB money is the kind of money that people bash people over the head for so HA would have made sure they didn't get hurt.

If this was purely a coincidence then RAB need to buy lots of lottery tickets because they really have flair for pulling half their share out of a Gold miner that swears blind there is a few hundred million about to be thrown into their primary project in Ethiopia from an umbrella financing syndicate.

Had I been tapped for a few hundred quid from an Indian call centre asking me to check my Amazon account so they could syphon a few quid I suppose I would feel very stupid. Is this more sinister or am a just a bad looser?

I assume there won't be any shareholders interested in whether any laws have been broken otherwize Harry could end up doing a few years and then genuine LT will have little chance of getting a return back as he is the so say expert in all this.

Brokers are selling at around .67p so anyone who sucked up that fast track Primary Bid(must have been service company bagging brown envelopes) didn't gain on price.

RAB got the nod. TW is an insider he will have offloaded a few at 1p and bought back today.

Sickening, KEFI board must hate LTs who would be more than happy with steady growth and finally a dividend if any metal ever came out of the ground.

I suppose if I had the time I should work on a online therapy group for LTs who sucked up the drivel time and time again. There must be plenty of others, I read there are 5000 shareholders. No doubt some of those have died waiting for harvest and their shares are in limbo, devaluing while their loved ones decide whether to hang on to their little bonanza.

The only good news is there is no more money in the pot to give KEFI and I am sure shareholders will make the right decision to back the marvellous board.

Yep Harry must have looked at my 47k shares today and thought that won't be worth as much tomorrow. Well does prove that people in the know manage to drag the price down just before a placing and H crucifies us all. Gutted.

I probably daft enough to stick fifty grand today if I had it. :)

See that 47k denoted as a sell, that's my last pennies on this before Harry's presentation takes it to the moon.
