Yep, I liked the company and although it was just a bit of a damp squib I had hoped a couple of development engineers could produce a break through in storage etc. That was until they decided they were all legal experts and were off to the states to jolly well trounce one of Teslas connections and in an American court on some out of date patent.
I know Lars was happy to see the infringement case through to the end, but it probably was on the boil at least a year before he took the helm.
It is interesting Dr Graham Cooley has bought up a large slice of this cake.
Aussies might want to see it continue and bung them enough to keep bubbling along.
Mustn't be angry, only a shed load of equity down the drain, might advertise my services and a non-exec, perhaps help an AIM company to keep out of court and keep it's nose clean.
Any takers?
Of course there are costs. The lying toe rag BOD smoothed over a bad result for the court case.
Whether they were optimistic or not on a positive outcome they should have been advised by solicitors it could be the death knell for the company.
A man enters a lawyer’s office and asks the lawyer: “Excuse me, how much do you charge?”
The lawyer responds: “I charge $1,000 to answer three questions.” The man replies, “That’s a bit expensive isn’t it?” “Yes,” says the lawyer. “Now, what’s your third question?”
Hope Lars can hold this pig of a situation together.
You would have to be a blind, deaf and penniless equity trader to have missed Kefi story. Might be one or two with lottery winnings who get to be in London in May and help Harry by buying some shares. Ideally he should take a broker along to this latest prezzie and sell some of his own hoarding over the counter. This little derisk could help him with his mental health and remind him he needs to start producing some gold from somewhere.
He could try a placing at 0.3p by reaching out to some of Africa's churches. I just happened to read an article on Bloomberg how African churches are booming in the backstreets of London.
We'll see how and how low the guy can go.
No sign of Tula Kapi on the TDB project or news items. https://www.tdbgroup.org/projects/
I wonder if Harry has a big short on Kefi as a safety net for his little nest egg.
With so many shares in issue the system probably wouldn't register a 20m short. LSE hasn't even bothered up-dating his holding from 2022 so this share is a wild wild card, way out there like a dwarf planet or something.
Mustn't smirk I am in too deep myself.
He is a grand master at pulling the wool....
So many times he has been required to broadcast the awful news that Kefi is not on track; and then required to sign off a litter of documents detailing the discount issue prices for his mates in finance.
We still need him to let folk down in the way he knows best.
Swiss mining presentation should have got someone somewhere interested in Kefi, all that copper in Hawiah.
To be honest I think all those trades this last ten mins are buys. Might be Harry trying to get his average down.
