Potential buyer looking in & just a question.
When was it known that offers had come in? Was there an RNS?

Each to their own but I find it funny how people seem to think & predict a share price through a chart. I think it will go up next week then fall back because a chart predicts it. If only it was that easy eh. How a chart can predict what people are thinking is beyond me!!

I worked for & had shares in a company called Wolseley now Ferguson who in 2009 did a rights issue to raise £781m. Shares were offered at 40p when the share price was only 139p. Obviously thousands more shares went into circulation but the share price never looked back. They claimed buy back shares along the way but the sp now sits today at £87.74p. I don’t claim to know how shares work. My point is even though many more shares come into circulation doesn’t necessarily mean the share price gets diluted. Just an experience I have come across where a company has had a rights issue. Good luck all

Anapa69. Not a criticism just trying to understand your strategy. You’ve being saying for a long while how good a buy this share is & how undervalued it is but sold half your holding at 422 when this is just getting going & still has plenty of legs. I understand profit is profit but your talking of buying more if it hits 435. Why sell half in the first place if you believed so much in this? Potentially 13p times how many shares you sold lost there. Like I say not a criticism just an understanding.

Re- entry wish granted there! Big drop after a good start to the day. A massive sell possibly?

All true Ian1970. People are cottoning onto the fact that things are about to start changing & Tui is way undervalued even with the points you mention.

Well that’s the 370 target hit this morning. Whether it stays there is another thing but a good start to the day non the less.

Robertgleed. Never heard so much rubbish. Regardless of the amount of trades. The share price went up 8p on Friday. That’s all that matters.

You make a good point about under 16’s going abroad without being vaccinated & being spreaders. Like you say this remains to be seen. Maybe they will decide to vaccinate children too once the majority of the country have had it with no side effects. No I don’t recon only older and more vulnerable and NHS/ carehome workers to be allowed overseas by August? 99% of the country would be allowed to go on holiday if allowed because they will of had there 2nd vaccination.

Sorry. Both vaccinations by end of August mid September not end of July mid August as previously said.

Beetrootjuice. If the whole UK adult population of 55 million have had there first vaccine by end of July don’t see why November is relevant to going on holiday. Possibly half of them will of had there 2nd vaccine by July. leaving 27.5 million plus children free to go on holiday if allowed to. The period between the first & 2nd dose is 3 months at the moment but can be shortened. People can & will get there 2nd dose quicker because the first vaccination will be complete. Everyone could have both vaccinations by the end of July mid August. Plenty of time as I say to go on holiday if allowed to.

Very positive news coming through yesterday & this morning. All over 50's to be offered the vaccine by mid April. All adults to be offered the vaccine by the end of July. Matt Han**** this morning saying vaccine passports being talked about. Greece open to it. France talking of flights re-opening to Portugal in April. Boris's roadmap to be made public tomorrow Things looking very much on the up. Hopefully this has an impact on the share price first thing in the morning.

Was the recent rise and today’s drop due to investors dumping shares after dividend payout as profit was above expectations?

Been in nowhere near as long as you Ryan but feel your frustration. Just seems to tread water. All sectors seem to have rebounded somewhat. Some quicker than others but this is agony.

So many mixed messages about Monday’s road map. Holidays won’t be at the forefront of his details but any mention & glimmer of hope will hopefully tick the share price steadily up. The game changer is the rest of Europe getting on top of vaccinations for any type of holiday period. Still too early to tell.
