Didn’t like the whole process, FOMO played its part, put in a nominal amount, lowered it after consideration, got full allocation.

As a holder here it was to say how poor the direct line website is and the unrealistic quote given. Doesn’t bode well for DL

So, this years car renewal quote Churchill had gone up by £150 to £490, so went on comparison sites for 3rd week of August renewal. Aviva for better cover £404, then to Direct Line whose website is very poor and got a quote of £827 for same cover as Aviva.

Guess who I went with……..
