Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
So whats happening with Caerus Mineral? Is this company going bust? Firstly the sale of its Cyprus assests and then suspension due to not being able to submit its FY22 results. I have a small wedge in this company, so a little apprehensive.
Hi all, I've been with Hargreaves Lansdown for a number of years with regard to ISA stocks and shares purchase of JLP. The transactional charges are high, as well as the management fee. What is the best trading platform for JLP purchase/sales in the 2022/23 ISA allowance?
What's the opinion of the share price being affected when the results are out. Do many think that whilst they expect good progressive results, this has already been priced in? I feel last year was a fairly flat year in terms of evaluation, compared to the exciting previous year.
Thank you for the replies, I too was concerned about the hopefully brief closure of Inyoni1. Ive been with JLP since 2012. Whilst i too believe in potential of this company, it was great seeing the rises of last year. Hoping to seeing an uptick with the upcoming results, but regardless will hold on for the better things to come over the next few years.. Best of fortune to those on this ride!.
Hi All, with the impending results of the 6 months report and knowledge of this forum, what is the expected share price once results are released ? Would be a great results day if we surpassed 23p ! Just want to find out if there is anything foreboding that may mute the positive sentiment.
please switch off the lights!!!
Hi Tipster123 and Gerinako, thank you for your repsonses.. do we know what's currently attributing to the downward pressure of this share? Assuming POCT has been factored some time ago, I don't understand why we are falling.
Cheers bruce27 for a calming voice of reason.. Im new to the stock, and will be disappointed if my recent purchase price hadn't already factored the new tax. Is there any positive news we can expect to hear over the next few months that will mitigate the influence of the tax hike? Will we be more align to the tax payment of our uk based competitors or will we be at a disadvantage?

Whats the latest news on the PoC tax? Is there a cut off date whether it has been succesfully challenged or failed. Are there any key dates to look out for? Appreciate any info in regards to this.

Most mobile phone operators plan to launch their fourth generation (4G) mobile broadband networks next year when the Government auctions 800 MHz and 2.6 GHz spectrum, or airwaves. The 800 Mhz band which was freed up when analogue TV was switched off but is next to the frequency used to broadcast digital TV, raising fears over interference with TV signals. Leeds-based Filtronic is working with communications watchdog Ofcom designing filters to prevent interference. “When they turn on the LTE (4G) at 800Mhz it’s going to interfere with lots of people’s TVs – you won’t see a picture,” said Filtronic chief executive Alan Needle. “We’ve been working with Ofcom trying to design filters that people will have to install to protect their TV sets.” Government estimates 2.3m households could be affected, although says only about 900,000 of these rely on digital TV, with the rest linked to broadband, cable or satellite TV. Mobile operators EE, O2, Three and Vodafone have set up a company, Digital Mobile Spectrum Ltd, to help solve the problem. Government says most TV viewers will be able to solve any problems by fitting a filter, which it has set aside £180m for. “We’re quite excited by it. We’re talking several million filters,” said Mr Needle
