Let’s put some context into this. The arbitration process for disputing an incorrect with an airline, which can be for a quid has a 6-month timeline associated. This being a tad more complex, assuming it to have been resolved much sooner than now is not at all realistic. Anyhow, let’s hope the process is soon finished (and payday) near. GLA
