Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Itsàwrap, it's hardly a windfall for us is it. 2 turds milking it for all they've got. If they're remotely serious about developing WN then forget about any divi for the great unwashed (us). Indeed if we'll costs have increased by as much as DB mentioned will we Evan have enough to cover costs in the event we need to fund Rathlin ?. Disastrous financial management by our BoD who are utterly clueless & not fit for purpose. The Market has clearly known it for some time.
Having heard Bramhills interview I noticed he said drilling costs have gone up massively so god knows the cost of the WN horizontal now. Not that I expect the 2 turds to mention it.
I so want the pair of them gone.
8 want the funding for Rathlin sorted out now withh a rig mobilisation ASAP. Rathlinn shouldn't need to do any well planning as they must have done that by now. The 2 insidious creeps hold the key & they still sit on their backsides collecting huge salaries. If the drill is a failure then at least it puts us out of our misery.
When it comes to CS it's the financial side of things that concerns me. As I see it we have vastly overpaid for our %age of the asset & we have no idea where we will get the funding from for the LNG plant.
Yep, I'm concerned about WN too as the lack of progress gives me cause for concern over the validity of the project. Let's not forget, we've already seen the oil reservoir disappear from their plans which has never been explained. Hardly surprising when you consider that neither of the 2 crooks is capable of honesty.
I agree with you on the permission front itsawrap but become increasingly alarmed about our finances. They have squandered vast amounts of money which is, quite simply scandalous. They have no shame & any information we get from them are, at best, half truths.. I just hope we get something of real impact on the 27th.
Yes persimmon but what likelihood is there of selling any of our assets is there. I would say precisely none !
There scattergun approach to investing has backed us into a corner & we've run out of options. Simwell, CS & Daybreak (not forgetting Parta) have all proved to be disastrous due to dreadful mismanagement. Hardly surprising the sp is where it is is it.
It also springs to my mind that the drill costs will have increased since the initial costing, god knows how much by.
I hold UJO as well & although I'm no great fan of Bramhill at least they are moving forward rather than being stuck here by our 2 worthless ceo's.
And at the AGM last summer they said there had been zero interest in any of the NS assets, & assured me CS would be producing gas in q1 2024 without mentioning the need for 30meuros for the LNG facility.
Just goes to show they are not to be believed.
I now think they are reluctant to provide Rathlin with the additional funds, presumably as they have reservations about the cos. We've had to put up with years of lies & obfuscation....not good enough.
GP, we all.know they have to fund Rathlin, if they don't it's curtains for WN as nobody else is interested. The 2 crooks have been happy to issue shares off the back of WN to invest in basket case projects to the detrimentof all shareholders. They don't give a toss as long as they can rake their salaries in.
As you would expect from the 2 crooks they have been vague on the detail. At the AGM there was no mention of funding for the LNG plant being required. The final permit required for early stage production promised by end of 2023 is nowhere in site.
The more I find out about the Directors of LNe the more I think they're conartist & our 2 fools have taken the bait whilst paying way over the top for it.
Rather than pursuing this pipe dream monies should have been used to. Bail out Rathlin & progress WN.
Itsawrap our 2 fools more than paid over the top for CS & show complete fiscal ineptitude to go along with their many other failings. You're absolutely right about the cash flow projections & with the capex required to develop the field I dont see any profit coming our way for years. I have no idea how they carried out DD but it's clearly flawed to say the least.
They also dislike being questioned by shareholders & excel at airbrushing out there many failures.
