The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I'm not entirely sure that an increase from 140GBX to 500GBX is a 72% increase....
I think it's a darn sight more!
...and, rightly or wrongly, I've taken advantage!
It appears to be down just because PWC aren't ready with tomorrow's results....
This is weird - I can buy TM17 at 550, and sell at 550.1.....
Ah right - the bit about the video link wasn't on the piece that I read; thanks for clarifying.
Just read that Anne Sacoolas, the wife of an USA intelligence officer, who 'fled' back to the USA after allegedly causing the death of a motorcyclist in Northamptonshire in 2019, will finally face Westminster magistrates in January 2022. Initially, the USA rejected the British requests for her extradition - but they now seem to have capitulated. I am wondering whether this is some sort of concession to ensure the successful extradition of ML to the USA in return?
xtw2, I don't think we can say with any degree of certainty that CI Financial Corp purchased 3.11% of the total share capital on 20/10/21. All we can say is that on that date they crossed the 3% threshold; it might have been 3.11%, albeit unlikely, down to, say 0.12% (from 2.99% to 3.11%).
If wasn't so deep in the red, I'd probably be out as well. The early promises do not seem to be materialising....
It's now back and working on IG....
Vascular; just had a chat with IG, as suggested. Seems they're 'waiting for the go-ahead' to come out of auction... Felt slightly fobbed off, but he did concede that they'd had several complaints and 'were aware of the situation'.
Anyone else having difficulty with buying/selling ORPH on the IG platform? It seems to be permanently in auction, and claims that 'the market is currently not open to trade...'.
Same here...
For a large chunk of this morning I could both buy AND sell FRP for 102p. I don't really understand why. Then, over a very short period of time, £80+k worth of shares went through at 102p. I would suggest that they are either all buys, or all sells. It would be ever so useful to know which...
For the record, I bought 980 shares this morning (for 102p).
Whereas I know and understand why buys and sells are marked as they are, I still find it frustrating (from a psychological point of view) that sometimes they don't reflect what actually happens. Today's first transaction of 567 shares is well below the halfway point between the bid and ask - and therefore marked as a sell, but I can reassure you that it's a buy, because it's mine...
Nobody knows.... yet.
Stumbled across it last Friday on TW's share prophets website. I don't much rate his 'tips', but he's much better at finding potential 'problems'. He's not the author of the dossier in question, but you still need to subscribe to his website to read it, unless, like me, you're not subscribed and therefore limited to reading three articles a month (and having read three articles, I can't go back to it and provide further details).
Apparently, there's a 'dossier' doing the rounds that alleges dodgy financial manipulation within the company (not too dissimilar to Burford Capital).
...but we're shareholders - not stakeholders. There's a significant difference...
Looks like a buy to me as well. All the 125 transactions appear to be buys. Currently 122.99 to buy, 120.5 to sell though.
Presumably you've read the RNS as you state an opinion that it's 'all ore or less as expected'. T
he amount, the ex-dividend date, and the payment date are clearly stated within it. Read it again....
