I'm with Gerry. I paid a bit more for mine but I have no intention of parting with them and am much more likely to buy more. I am also a poor old pensioner though I still do a fair bit of contract work for dopey money and LGEN will be one of my core income holdings when I give up the daily grind forever.
I know motley fool are more fool than motley, but I reckon this is about right.

Break even at around £6.90. I'm not holding my breath.
Another one of Woodford's calamities is showing a bit of life today. He seems to be backing a pretty poor deal in order to minimise his own losses.
erm...that’s it really
Chitty it could possibly have something to do with some or all of the recent GSK news announcements. Always worth reading the financial news I find. This is particularly true in respect of companies I either am or am considering investing in. I recommend it.
I’ll think about getting out. He is doing virtually nothing right and getting a lot of things wrong. He sold GSK and bought Lloyd’s bank. Why? His fund is a bit like pin the tail on the donkey and has way way too many holdings. GSK is a buy and forget for me.
Nuri, the dinosaurs were around for longer than that and look what happened to them. Technology has left the Royal Mail with an increasingly defunct business model. Where is their money going to come from? The outlook is bleak and I'm glad I sold at a bit less than break even rather than hang on for dividends
AlanG. Sounds nice. Am currently in Manaus where the weather has been warm but I fear we are about to get a serious afternoon thunderstorm. NTW, am off to the opera house this evening for aperitifs and onwards for dinner. Life is hard but I will shoulder the burden with good grace.
UK can revoke Article 50 now which would void the current deal. It can then be re-invoked at any time which would provide another two years to come up with a better deal and would be likely to stabilise the markets. If we keep going, J-C Drunker will eventually fall into a stupor or die and EU negotiations should get a little more realistic.
Char, your use of the word ‘their’ when any thicko could tell you that ‘there’ or they’re’ would have been correct doesn’t make you look like a MENSA candidate. Maybe the best thing you can bring to this discussion is your silence.
