unknown unknowns indeed but my default is that there's nothing sinister, just the usual poor deliver, 5hit PR, weak newsflow and lack of detail with the killer blow of DELAYS that's a recipe that's always hammered in weak markets where revenue forecast slides without a replacement that's live and seen to deliver or at least providing forecast numbers/value.

our recent spurred decent simply tells me markets have little faith in delivery and the BOD. A hard won scathing result but they deserve it!
