Question is here mate that this is an AIM listed company not main market listed I fully respect your views babs as we speak a lot and I know you are a sensible poster but in my view just be very careful here mate as this could be a massive credit risk and who knows what else they will discover. If it was the case of a simple innocent mistake then lenders may turn a blind eye but it looks likes the books are not correct and a full investigation may not be pretty reading. Also the PE ratios here are overvalued imho despite the increasing revenue figure - impressive - but the profits are not so impressive given the market cap. this is now as high risk as it gets and smart money have dumped their shares today overall since the news came out Hope you and others make a fortune here , I really do but I would stay well clear as today many LTH sadly realised. Liked or not I give my honest opinions and views from long term experience Each to their own and I certainly would not touch this now - its a credit risk and reputational risk now Hence the drop But each to their own opinions chap however keep it civil and don't try to belittle me as i would not do the same to people with other opinions even if I don't agree with them I wish you good fortunes and all the best with your investments Imho

Like I have said this is very high risk indeed The lenders will not like this news at all I have seen many credit lines get pulled because if similar issues and leaving the company illiquid at times and unable to continue The share price may go up as this is AIM and AIM investors in general are PIs who like to throw darts at a dartboard quite often There is a reason when a share is a top faller The integrity and honestly of this company will now be questioned Don't want to be the one left holding the baby if more bad news comes as well On the positive side day traders may well see some blue and well done to you for doing so but in my honest view and opinion -take what you want from it - this company is now a massive risk - who knows what other big irregularities maybe found and s CFO being given the boot is a really bad signal to the market Good luck all whatever way you are positioned and all the best Twis

And I wonder how many of those 30 are Malaysia based mate? Also what is the average value of each deal they would do and also the profit margin? Long term holders may have better insight to this. This will help us ascertain the financial value of this deal via guesstroeconomics lol is that even a word? Well it is now haha

would also be interesting if there was some type of revenue expectations from this deal, as far as i read it RCI can sell its products to SME's in Malaysia on the Ali baba website. How big is the market in Malaysia for this, i do know that the economy there is on a general upward curve as a strong emerging market player, cost of labour and set up is very cheap in Malaysia as well. Ali baba are giants so a good step in the right direction in terms of a household channel partner for RCI.
