They are not going to make this size of investment without a good bit of due diligence!
Somebody mentioned in a previous post that they would cut and run when they get the smell of a profit.
If you read the RNS the contract does not allow them to short!

I think we deserve to know much more about the TSF
I asked the company if we could 're apply for a licence if our appeal to the government was unsuccessful.
The answer was yes but how far they would pursue it financially was in doubt
I would have thought any deal would be better than no deal and having to walk away?

Nothing has changed re Nevada and we still await more evaluation there(long time coming?)

The MOU with Possehl still stands as far as I am aware

Storuman is in limbo waiting for a resolution to the tailing facilities problem.

Hopefully we should get some news soon

I have just noticed it is two months to the day since the update regarding the mining permit hurdle.

Lets hope they have found a solution for the "TSF" and get in to production some time soon!
