There appear to be no issues with CMH as the restructuring costs and working capital were funded from the placing.

FFS he's just an investor like the majority of us. He buys. He sells. Sometimes timing works. Sometimes it doesn't. The man has his motives and we can speculate all we like but it'll get us nowhere.

If you believe in Prof Carl, if you believe in Paraytec, if you believe in the technology, and if you believe a commercial agreement is close then you invest. If you don't believe in those factors then don't invest. It is a binary choice. In or out.

Looks like he's shifted another 300,000 this morning so we're nearly there.
