Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
The shares are now delisted. Each SIM share holder acquires a share in Maxify @16.5 cents per share (13p). This could move upward if the value of ex SIM moves up from the $8.5m to the $11m mkt value. The stated intention is "consummating an initial public offering and listing of its shareson NASDAQ (the "IPO") as soon as practicable following the Merger." In the mean time if you wish to sell your holdings and will not await further updates, then you might be able to find a match via the share registrar, who will try the "possibility of making a private sale to other stakeholders or
prospective purchasers)."
I do seem to remember that Christel/BOLT wanted to have completed RTO and have the ready funds for expansion, ready for Q2. Hopefully RTO will complete in April.
Also showing up at 13p
There is the danger of the company not getting onto Nasdaq, but as posted below hopefully NewCo will make inroads into different areas. Also nearly 60% of SIM shares are held in house, so one of those parties may be interested in some shares, even if delisted off AIM.
Read the RNS's. Look at the news on the SIM company website. Research the other companies mentioned in the merger. I was looking for the accounts for Power Breezer, that would be interesting... Let me know the catch newguy. I took it that there was a few hours on this Friday to take a position and hope that you end up following a journey onto Nasdaq for a newCo.
The $0.165 I took from the RNS of 14th Jan, within the Merger section. However the lawsuit may have altered that.
I like the look of the Power Breeze product/s, so it seem that the merger could create some decent shareholder value in the future.
Don't worry got my losers too!
Did seem a touch crazy compared even to the 11th Jan price
Good job I just picked up 1.39m this morning. Just need to be patient and hopefully await an IPO on Nasdaq!
Does seem that for every share owned you get the equivalent of 13p?
The consideration per share to shareholders of SimiGon ("Merger
Consideration") is expected to be $0.165 per share (before any upward
adjustment in the relative valuation of SimiGon), that represents a premium of
226.86% to the average closing price on the AIM Market for the last 12 months,
a premium of 250.66% to the average closing price on the AIM Market for the
last 6 months, a premium of 285.54% to the closing price on the AIM Market
on the last full trading day immediately preceding the public announcement of
the Merger and a premium of 285.54% to the closing price on the AIM Market on
Thursday, 13 January 2022 (being the most recent practicable date prior to the
date of this announcement).
Along the lines of an idea I have that Russia sets up Soverign Wealth funds, cf Norway. The frozen $600Bn, along with 50%, of all sanctioned Oligach assets & future resource revenues go to pay for war reparations and then go to the Russian people as a whole. Like your idea too, but Europe has to be prepared to go without the Russian energy, which I hope they ultimately make a strong and difficult decision on.
Looks like pretty news at the Carolina Belle! The drill results have now identified significant gold
mineralisation in the Footwall and Hangingwall of the historical mining
operations as well as confirming the down-dip extension of the main historical
ore-zone.

RNS Out!
For patient long term holders, can only be of benefit, since that volatility can be ignored and return on shareholder equity should be greater.
You can now sell, or you have to be patient and await the outcome.
I seem to remember Doc posted after the shares had gone into suspension and as he was jetting off to retire into the sun. Luckily if a 40:1 consolidation my breakeven is just over 1p, so hopefully they will achieve that pricing. It can't be easy getting corporate actions over the line at the moment, everything seems to be taking longer.
Anyone know, but what did Doc Holiday mean when he said it would be a "Doozy"? What did he know at the time, to use the expression?
