I think the board thought they had it, with no artificial lift needed. No JV needed, 'go it alone' as made clear in the recent Q&A.

A JV or additional funding will be needed for sure but have the board got the stomach to dilute us again?

I think not.

Will there be a JV partner before or after the licence has been applied or approved?

Either way for the SP to move up as we had hoped, we are waiting for news once again.
