Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
If you look on the lse menu and click on regulatory news and scroll down to 'holdings in company 13 Jan', you will see a release that shows Shroders have bought 75 million shares in Shearwater at the placing. But for now LSE has put a wrong company ticker on so it's not showing up in this linked news feed. Found it by accident. Big institutions coming in had got to be good!
Stephen Ball media reports was boss of GCHQ and another big government division. Mo Stevens the CEO was CEO of Cassidian which relabelled as Airbus space & defense and that division is the airbus group cyber division. So big hitters with cyber knowledge and I guess big contacts at the right level. Their goal seems to be to acquire companies and if I was the CEO of a cyber co this is exactly the sort of roll up structure I would want to buy my company
Where's the new board? Can't find it.
The change of ticker is a nuiscance, I can't find SWG for Shearwater Group on here and had to change AUR to SWG elsewhere, some have picked it up and some have not.
Rocka999 Placing was all done last month, they raised £6m on top of existing reserves. The egm yesterday just rubber stamped it along with the name change to Shearwater Group. Over 11m shares traded yesterday, amazing.
Bamb, I think you'll find that the 4p placing is done and dusted. It says on RNS it has been raised and only requires the shareholder approval for the increased share issuance. At least that what the regulatory stuff says, I think the media have misunderstood bc they write like it still needs to be subscribed for. But it has been done already. Check the website and RNS.
Everyone starting to talk cyber security now. This looking great, great space, great management and great upside I think... there's been 2-5 million shares trading for weeks now, maybe they've been squirrelling them.
