A Bank especially a new Bank needs to lend.

After they have lent a few £100 million then on the back of those loans they can lend more money but before they start they need Capital.

A private AlbaCo bank will not attract the capital from investors .

They will attract deposits if interests rate is good but the converse is that the rate they charge borrowers will be higher.

So solution? List on LSE and have access to Capital.

So logic says RTO of CHP. Also a lot easier to have a Bank listing on LSE if a shell company exists.

If AlbaCo Bank tried to list now it would be impossible in my opinion so quick fix is RTO into Caledonian Holdings .

Bought my last top up at 10.20 so now at the amount I wanted to be at to hopefully enjoy the future rtns showing positive moves forward.
