While mowing my lawn today my mind was in overdrive due to the share disclosures.
What if it kept saying !!
We were praising FG for getting monies at low percentages and giving shares at higher premiums for certain assets but !!
What if FG’s and his buddies are behind all these companies who have increased their shareholding’s shown in the last set of figures .
Is this the reason he’s against enlarging are Total company shares and borrowing within , as this would dilute his /their investments !!
He can rinse and raise our share price at anytime to accumulate at Base prices taking from the vulnerable and depositing into nominee companies fronted by his stooges.
He takes shares for wages at a premium to look good and camouflage whats he’s really amassing.
So many what ifs ????
Better do another job but just stop and think what if ??????
One day we’ll most likely know for sure but for most of us we’ll have jumped ship and FG will chuckling all the way to his catamaran in the Riviera named Two Faces !!
I hope I’m way off the mark and FG comes up with gold for all and we live happily ever after

Why have we not been informed before now of these major shareholding increases !!
What’s going on in the background for this frenzy being played by a few or ?????
Inside information being passed around ignoring us the LTHs who are being made fools of !!
Will the BOD or FG own up to what’s going on or are we going to drag it out of them as this can not continue .

Just read your post RKB and I’m more than happy to put my 4 million forward as I feel we are all being made a fool of by FG and Co.
Only a RTNS showing progress will now change my thoughts.

Well said Oneknows I was just thinking the same as I for one have much appreciated RKB’s in-depth research and he’s laid bare to some of the (not all ) underhand workings of our BOD and hopefully make them more open in their future dealings .
Maybe not but time will tell !!
Let’s see if FG & Co now let the handbrake off and the true level shown.

RKB Appreciate your time spent overseeing FG& Co Manipulating CLP’s shareholders interests .
I thought FG and BOD were elected to act in the best interest for all paid up shareholders.
The way they have been acting one would think they believe this is their company with nobody to answer too.

I wasn’t insinuating that you knew more than most I just wondered what your gut feeling was as you have been involved more than most going to the agm’s etc.and heard things said that might just give us more of understanding due to these foggy returns.

Not the returns we wanted as I was hoping for more positives from FG’s negotiations which shows no signs of break through or he’s giving us a false picture for whatever reason.
I would like to know Timmits thoughts as he seems to have a reasonable relationship with FG or is he just as concerned as us for the lack of progress.
I’m a LTH but how longs long !!!!

Hopefully the bond conversations and court cases should make our forthcoming Xmas and 2019 prosperous for all.

Whatever happens in the future whether we all make a good wedge on C L I’ve got to say I have really enjoyed and respected the depth of your research on all your shares you’ve enlightened us all with and hopefully carry on doing so. I was self employed but now retired and did ok but found sincere help was very rare,you made decisions that could exceed the projected financial outlay but with shares you only loose what you can afford and sleep well .
