Mark Burnett highlighted that all 6 Drills have intercepted the sheeted Tungsten Vein. We have only had 1 result and it blew the doors off. 5 more to come.

Hats off to this new management team. Having got their feet under the table to repositioned all 3 assets that would create maximum shareholder value. Leigh Creek Copper was identified as an asset to sell and agreement has been reached to sell for $9m. This also includes a 20% stake in a copper listed company that will float on the Australian stock exchange. A massive tick in box on this deal.

It’s obvious our Cornwall asset has been a sleeping giant and this management team went straight to work on crating huge value from this asset. A £1.5m drilling campaign to price up the resources and grades has been vindicated with truly extraordinary results on the size of the resource and the increase in grades. Many more drill results to follow on a weekly basis which could prove this asset to be nothing short of a Tungsten monster. Zeus valued the Cornwall asset at 6p per SML share before the drilling results. We could now be looking at anything revised value closer to 20p based on the size of the resource and the higher quality grades that are being confirmed. Tin and Silver have been found too and it appears to be an asset that’s throwing out surprises that not even the Zeus analysts could have imagined. Watch this space as more drill results are released.

Then we have Cobre - Cobre has continued to deliver strong cash inflows that this management are using to reinvest in the business (Cornwall). Free cash flow is feeding directly into investment as the Board remuneration has been slashed by 80%. Our new Chairman is focused on shareholders and shareholder value which can be seen from his 100 million holding. The previous board could never have invested the way this Board can due to their self obsessed focus on stripping cash out for themselves. Thank goodness these days are over. The drill campaign is proving up the value and it looks like it’s going to be a very significant upgrade from the 6p value Zeus has on the asset.

Finally the company is fully funded due to the following -

1. Real free cash inflows from cobre thanks to overheads being reduced by 80%

2. Leigh Creek Disposal brings in $1.9m immediately then another $4m . The 20% stake in the IPO can be realised in due course but at significantly higher prices thanks to the copper macroeconomic situation. Possibly another $6-$10m could be realised from our 20% holding.

3. The company already holds significant cash at bank in hand and this will only build.

4. Any new drilling can be funded using the matched funding U.K. government grant scheme. ie SML funds £750k and Government funds £750k so it’s easy to see how SML is fully funded for the foreseeable future.

Only at the starting line with this one . Investors can smell this one from a distance now. The board should also be on takeover alert. 2nd highest Tungsten resource in the world.

There is no need to ramp this stock - all the information is in the public domain. The Zeus note is comprehensive, balanced and fair and the price is only moving towards those benchmarks in the Zeus note. However, the drill results are smashing the Zeus numbers so a natural re rate is inevitable. Nothing to get too excited about yet.

Long way to run here. Cornwall valued at 6p pre exceptional drill results. Must be closer to 12p if the resource doubles. The key is the grades, double the resource and double the grade then name your price. Leigh creak disposal pending and a 20% carry in a copper listed vehicle too. Oh - and we are fully funded.
