Any companies need some kind of income to keep its alive. Without any sources of money sooner or later they must issue new share and lose its capital to getting on or suspension.

It seem price now in balance as not many sell and still there are some shares left when they issue over 13 million shares just days ago. As long as they finished those shares then this will fly as now company in better financial than before.
