Phil, its great you think a deal has been done but in normal times that might be cause for celebration but, these aren't normal times. Who is going to give frr money to invest in Georgia ?

The company is deceitful and secretive and a track record of non payment monies due and litigation

Its interesting to see what "deal " has actually been reached and if we can actually celebrate
