It seems the question is if the sales don't improve in the near future i.e. 1to 2 years ,where will the money come from for the running costs, if they go for a share issue will there be people willing to invest and at what price , with hardly anyone buying at the present 2p price , a share issue seems unlikely so borrowing could be an option . a good opportunity for the bod they could lend the money back to hmi at a 5% or more intrest rate
I must admit my investment decisions have never been political and I'm from south wales wrong side of the pond for trump , but I've always thought brazil to be a worth while place to invest , when I was young they had football hero's like pele' thought to be one of the best footballers ever and highest paid..
Still that was some years back and things have moved on since then, these days the worlds a faster richer place for most people and life styles are much easier when financial independence has been achieved . (thank god for the spelling checker) . I think they could probably do with a flag and flag pole at the site it looks a bit bare from the videos . ( annoying details again ) I was going to wright so long suckers buy .... but I thought that was perhaps a little immature, so all I can say is I hope all your nightmares don't come true sincerely TSAE
I have invested about £86000 in a sp range of about 19p to 7p ( about 14p a share ) I may invest another £7500 to bring the average sp to about 10p . I think the company is doing ok at present they have about 8 mineable asset's in brazil and are presently utilizing one that has a 100 year lifespan . I'm retiring in two weeks and going to live in Thailand, build a chalet ect... anyway I've no idea what the short term sp will be , as with all new company's it takes a few years for them to make a name for themselves and build up a customer base , id think another three to four years before there's any meaningful change and maybe dividends . I know mines take a long time to reach profitability for investors from start up .I've also got shares in txp and hzm and think they have a similar time frame to fruition . still that's just my opinion I could be wrong .
I assume (hope) the company has contacted most of the distribution centres in the area and importers out of area with a view to buying product . It sounds like they will buy if there supplies run low or unavailable . lets hope hmi aren't waiting for skippy the bush kangaroo to come to the rescue .
I cant see any reason for hzm to want to fall behind and risk losing out to other mines especially when they have a mine to build 2 to 3 years ,looking at the big picture its only a small hole in the ground, in in a world of low interest rates I don't think it really matters what offer from what bank etc they take, a few % either way wont make much difference , its a simple decision
