Phase 1&2 were bing jointly designed to get the best out of them as a combined unit. Phase 1 design is finished and is an AD plant. Nothing to do there now now and not Eqtecs expertise, so moving on to our own show, having now charged out the design and development fees.

Eqtec isn't incineration, the technology is quite different. Currently, 3 out of 4 big projects are in the UK, so I'd say the UK is a good market for Eqtec. Whether it lags behind any other, I don't really care. Someone else will buy the tech anyway and the share price will increase.

Think about it. You're a bank or large investor looking at a new tech. There's currently nothing of their current offering operating (movialsa is assumed to be old tech) so you could either take a chance and throw a load of cash at something which is at this stage not proven, or, since you know the company is working on 2 projects which are funded not by yourself, wait and see if they work before chucking in your £100m.

Surely that's the option they'd take? We're talking about a delay of deployment an enormous amount of capital of months, which is not long, given what they're investing in. MDC's are key. If they don't work, I'm sure we can all find a bridge to live under happily as a community.

The MDC's are owned by Eqtec and should be operating this year. They plan to sell the SPV's which own them to get some capital back but hopefully we still get a good deal for being able to show potential clients around. Southport is now lined up to be an MDC too, but isn't RNS'd yet. On paper it all sounds good, but it physically needs to happen. Running plants are the only thing which can get our price moving. No more delays now. That won't be acceptable under any circumstances. Be nice to see Desside closed in '22 too.

Old tech plants were improperly maintained, using a tech which a few years ago was not understood, new tech plants are coming online by EoY. The new tech MDC's are the key. Movialsa has been working for years and the man who designed the tech works for us as CTO.

By the way, Southport will me a major new MDC for us and we have a second project in France, refitting a previously failed gasification plant with our own tech for plastics.

The MDC's are so critical here. The moment they're running, large scale investors will be visiting and very soon after, wanting to invest in plants. Once investment in plants is obvious, investment in shares will come like a tidal wave.
