I think it's a possibility as yes it usually happens we all know that. You have to take into account that there is no deep well drilling here, we have product available, we now have the equipment available, we have a partner who will like a father grab our hand and walk full speed so our little legs have to trot to keep up. This is a wonderful position to be in and if you're interested in the daily moves then you will lose focus of where this could be this time next year the test is 12 months maximum, either it's economically viable or not and assessed by an independent 3rd party. Compared to a drill COS what COS would you give it?If this plays out we have up to a 5000 bopd income even half that for costs is significant to today's SP.

Even the warrants added only takes us to £3.5million MC for a company with a potential turnover from one site at $70 million a year! Patience is key we have the partner and the prospect and this isn't deep hole drilling.

When the new shares hit we will have a MC of around £2.75 million at today's price. Income on 5000 bopd to us at today's price is $200,000 so it's a case of wait if you have the patience. I am sure the testing will go well and be fine tuned and I have not even thought of royalties to Greenfield if this is rolled out to other sites.

I for one was very happy I have been waiting for an opportunity to pick up my trading shares so was delighted to pick them up this morning before the fun begins. My main holding is staying put.

Yes there is a clear route to income now that finance is sorted I have to admit I expected the raise to be at .6p but I guess they got what they could.

So what are we looking at then, correct me where I am wrong please. I reckon the fitting and first sands through will take a couple of weeks, shut down and adjust, another week, producing quite well by end August. 500 bopd say 200 to our accounts after taxes e.t.c. so with shut downs and jiggery-pokery $2,000,000 income over the 12 month period which is enough to pay the bills.

If it's any comfort they are more than likely selling at a loss and of course there is a buyer taking them to hopefully gives us a better base SP wise to work from going forward.

I hope we hold a nice gain that would be a very lucky start for me, they don't come often!

Thanks Joe, was on my watch list for over a year and I didn't fully understand the implications of the RNS so stayed clear as I remember it opened up 50%. I prefer in times like this to let the dust settle and then move in where I think I get good value, usually I don't get the bottom and I am fine with that as I am not really a day trader just buy and sell where I think it is under/over valued for the news available. This is a very interesting play though and I hope to be here a while but if it hits 2p again for no reason I can understand then yes I will be off again and waiting to see if another opportunity comes along. To my mind it was oversold, I think .8 is about right until further news.
