It's never a mistake if you made the decision, yes hindsight can play on you for a little while but you're experienced enough to know you made the right call for you at the right time. Agree with TXP though a very safe haven with the potential upside from the next drill I wouldn't be surprised to see it come in and come in above expectation. I am not expecting to hear contract news until after this well has been completed as it will be part of or not part of the initial contract costs for the added leg of infrastructure.

Yes the Wife and I have had a few discussions and have decided to stay in for the wells this year, averaging just shy of 42p so figure our capital is covered even if both don't quite reach expectation next years production should allow us to regroup and decide what next. Anyway I have predicted we get bought out or the SP will be £8 in the next 2-3 years if they keep their run of luck so fingers crossed I am right I may even get to buy a new electric bike :-)

Makes more sense for an interested party to make an offer for the current wells altogether if they are fully proved up. TXP can bank the cash and carry on with Royston and the other targets with plenty of exploration cash and the big players don't have to bother with the exploration risk. No point buying out TXP is what I mean.

On a few occasions the company has stated that they only update the holding on their own website when they receive official notification from the holders. I just wonder if they needed an up to date 'official' holding record for some reason. As far as conspiracy theories go that's the best I have got lol.

Interesting RNS! Would it be sneaky of S&S to have tried this stunt to get disclosures from II's on their holdings and that they didn't really expect to take out DELT but thought what the hell if we do it costs us nothing?

What we do know is these guys have a wealth of experience and are certainly not stupid, I guess we will find out why it's been done in a few months.
