Does anyone know if he was over 30% he would have to make an offer for a fully listed company, hence the sales?

It could be that there is 600k of convertible loan notes outstanding to Free association books, one of Trevor's companies. Looking at today I expect them to be converted at 11p. Once it's done it's done.

No convertibles left and everyone wanted the shares not cash... happy days.

At home once again sorry to single you out but you're irritating to say the least so I want to clear something up with you. Feel free to have a pop back I have thick skin and if you are as experienced as you claim then you will treat my comments as constructive.

Your other post last night claims - For those that have bothered to read the last half-yearly report, and I'm guessing that wont be many here, the accounts are quite dismal in terms of income.
I have never met a company owner who is condescending, I had two small businesses for many years and this attitude towards others doesn't make you progressive or build the framework of contacts that make you successful. If you've been a company director long enough to have multi interests and assets then you would have lost this attitude a long time ago and understand calm clear communication gets you the right rewards with the right people at the right time.

In June 2020, IQ-AI had UK£611k in cash, and was debt-free. Importantly, its cash burn was UK£392k over the trailing twelve months. Therefore, from June 2020 it had roughly 19 months of cash runway.

It was also given a 4% royalty on each sale of IB Trax, including US$20,000 on the initial commercial installation.

From the reports we know that before any sale we should have over 12 months cash for operations.
We know that $20,000 is roughly 4%-10% of commercial installation so a suite costs minimum $200,000 IMHO
We have sold 2 suites since the last financial report obviously we are talking dollars vs pounds for cash burn.
The sale of these two alone just for installation gives us another 9 months breathing space.
This assumes we have made zero income from anything else and gives us 2 years breathing space.
If we're going to raise then it has to be for entering the US stock exchange... do you think it would dip on that news for you to top up?

Posters who want in cheap always shout placing! We're not drilling for oil here, take a look at the financial report we don't burn multi millions a year.

Lucan what good would it have done if I had of listened. As far as I am aware there has been no placing and there may be no placing still. What if we get a huge sales contract RNS tomorrow then we certainly don't need a placing. I am never going to trade this share so I didn't have the option to sell high and buy lower... what I have done over the last two days is double my holding which I would never have done if this was 20-30p right now without this pull back. Short term pain long term gain... not that I have found this painful except trying to get my top ups as cheap as possible.

I like to think of it this way. ABS was developed by F1 and that's where we are just now. Sonn ABS was introduced into the top of the range German cars. As costs came down it was introduced into all German cars and top of the range models for most manufacturers. Today I don't believe you can buy a car without ABS... that will be IB one day IMO :-) (may not be entirely 100% factually correct analogy)

S4sh4, one RNS from the multiple options available and you will more than likely be in profit again. Stick with your research and your share of this low free float IMHO.

Thanks Sharebel didn't look into it thanks for clearing that one. Onwards and upwards tomorrow I think a nice RNS would be the icing...so many things possible it's not out of the question.

Anyway HL being a crock yesterday worked out rather well today, I managed to buy as low as 10.75p so another 300,000 to average down what I bought on IG yesterday!... still well in profit and nothing has changed over two trading sessions about our future valuation prospects just the usual games with the SP we have to deal with.

I must report IG have always been pretty damn good for me in such times at least I had options it was just constant NT that was blocking most of what I was trying to do.

Yes I was grappling with HL earlier too, same problem couldn't even log in and when I did portfolio wouldn't show so I gave up and traded just on IG.

I had no intention of doing that at all until they dropped this on Covid news, it's still a long time before anyone gets NHS jab so over hyped move by the market. Fantastic news today for us and this just gets better and better... I wonder if Google Dr. and IB will be a good partnership for the future lol.... brain going wild. Mayo clinic quite happy to take our shares as payment instead of cash I guess they know their onions!
