This market is now in a non dealable state but another company is normal no problems just IQAI

Sell because he doesn't have special shareholders authority to be above 30% without a bid for the entire business. He was converting a loan he gave the business nearly 2 years ago unsecured.

I think the block buyer is actually the overhang clearing from Trevor's sale. Around 2 million left to go and then we are off again. IMO

Either that or they limit the size of trade they will take. I have tried a few times to sell my entire IG holding and have never struggled to get a price even if it is slightly below the advertised price at the time. NT to buy is very common nearly 70% of the time I try for 5K worth as a test it goes to NT.

They are all delayed from yesterday and cleared yesterday,.

The last line on the same report states 4 million at 11p so did a MM pick that up and that's our overhang... if so it will be cleared by the end of the week IMO

If Trevor is still converting then looking at the block sales today he has converted another 1.3 million so we could be here a few days yet unless a significant RNS comes to clear the last of the conversions. If he is clearing the lot ASAP then he must be expecting some significant news very soon.
