Or anything to count!
They would RNS the appointment of an auditor-very unusual for a plc to not have one so they should get on with it
Indeed-be nice to people on the way up…
Why don’t you Google Pinnacle-they are huge
That’s odd-I could swear an RNS in mid December said the auditors had resigned. Its now mid Feb and no new auditor.
I’m not bitter-I just call out rubbish
Well it does have a market cap of £7m and no assets, no auditors and soon no nomad-looks a steal to me
The last funding round was done to get them through an audit without going concern problems. The question I ask myself today is whether you will do same with the market cap at £7m and no assets, no auditors and no business.
If you disagree with any of these facts, do let us all know
Pretty damning article in the FT today
I saw something in the Karachi Gazette as Rick Mayall once said
A tweet!!
Joe-you are out of control and out of your depth.Nobody is going to save current equity under any scenario.
What we are seeing is a dismantling of a failed company with some dubious IP with lots of costs associated with it.
Move on
You’re right but the point is the NDA is designed to prohibit before and after the event-not as an excuse to pretend something is going to happen.
Can I remind you it’s nearly 4 years since Project Earth when advisors were appointed to sell-not 4 months.
It’s called an Administration process Joe-it’s not like buying a loaf of bread
That’s because it’s getting close to zero
Well you can’t say I didn’t try to warn matey-I was consistently negative.I met the team several times over the last 9 months-all the way back to the attempted £4m raise.I pointed out the Arena convertible had to go-I understand many other potential investors said the same.I also told the BOD that I thought the revised business plan in the funding proposal was deluded eg the facility in Dundee.
I also pointed out that the margin on cell production is very low, making funding problematic
I also pointed out that the chemistry was nothing special-and with no commercial contracts and the Dundee fantasy, a licenced IP deal was their best bet.
Do I think there is corruption here?No I don’t-it’s simply down to a rubbish plan and a deluded BOD.That is not corruption but it does highlight the poor quality of financial advisors
What we have here Max is an ‘enduring NDA’-basically perpetuity.
In the real world an NDA has a limited lifespan-normally a few months.
Read into that what you may
I agree-this is a public company, not a lower league football club
Yes it’s time for a rerun of Spot the RNS
Well it looks like gravity is taking hold
Plenty of time to invest
Not enough-it’s one way traffic
Southend looks more like a white elephant by the day with its schedule looking very light
Stay well away is my advice-the Bond will kill them and the balance sheet if Carlyle don’t first
