I had overlooked that,in a way more positive,yet more income from exercise

If one does the maths

333m shares at 0.45pence raised GBP1.5million

333m warrants at 0.8pence will raise GBP2.6million

166m warrants at 1.0pence will raise GBP1.6million

So in total this is rather like an advanced placing for GBP5.7million at a price of 0.7pence

All rather intriguing especially if you look at EUA with this kind of situation,we also share a director

I am encouraged by the fact that all directors took the placing and have the warrants

Hence a move over 1pence is an ideal scenario for the company and board and maybe some shareholders

Let us see how the first half goes this year

Really not seeing that as an outcome,cash replenished by warrants exercise

Focus on the warrants now they are almost double this share price

Regard;ess there is plenty of cash here

Sanderson etc do not buy assets,they buy stakes to make returns
