Except their communication skills and apparent total indifference to shareholders means that they continue to act in way which will perhaps lead to a requisition to off their heads and stop the gravy

I did average down today, whatever happens next this level is just silly,it either moves up before delisting,doesn't delist,or you get a nice payout further down the line

company appear to have complete contempt for shareholders

they talked about setting up a matched bargain basis for trading,I've seen that done for a few other delisted shares,it may provide a small chance to buy or sell

you will simply end up with a shareholding in a private company,which we are lead to beleive will have a value realisation in the future,presumably by a cash payout and when we dont know

Certainly not worth selling here and maybe it isnt over yet

I have seen proposed delistings be cancelled or crazy things happen to the share price before delisting

Given there is a tiny free float here,we may yet see crazy things

'Tri-Star intends to utilise the additional one month period to prepare and notify shareholders of the Company’s interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2020. As such the Company will release its Interim Results no later than 30 October 2020'

Given the delay in publication of the Final Results is due to the ongoing discussions, 'these negotiations are at an advanced stage and upon completion of such an agreement, and, whilst the audit is ongoing, the Company expects to be able to sign off its audited accounts on an unqualified basis'

That tells me,results by end of month and we can only have results with an agreement first,ergo I cannot wait.

The language in the RNS for TSTR is rather bullish,especially when they are hardly good at making positive news sound good,so I am reading between the lines
