Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
They currently own 18% of Belluscura with an option to increase to 30% (they will have to raise money for it)
Without news - 15p to 20p
FDA approval for Bellescura - 30p to 40p
Bellescura listed on AIM plus TEK taking up share options +10p
Lucyd - strong sales +5p
Salarius - long term contract with major food retailer +20p
Guident - acceptance of shock absorber technology - Ford/Audi named +20p, Tesla named +50p (the holy grail)

Unexpected good news - +???p
Special dividend for any major portfolio project buyout - between 20p and 50p.
If most of them come to fruition then mcap could be worth at least £100m.
GLA :)
Certainly is hot on the heels - just hit 17p without news
I am a LTH - very excited for 2021 as their university portfolio projects are starting to mature and being put into commercial use. SP is looking strong, bodes well for the start of 2021.
Merry Xmas to you all - switch off now and on again on the 28th for what I see is going to be a defining few months for TEK :)
Interestingly, according to investing.com, that sell was actually a buy! So over to you guys to decide whether it is a sell or not!
That sell could be the biggest mistake ever - missing out a potential cool £2M minimum next month
Yup - it won't be long before we see a significant re-rate. This is currently one of the most stable shares to hold in a volatile market.
NASDAQ listing H2 2021? A good chance of it happening. No need to explain as the previous posts have said it loud and clear!
There are a lot of products from various companies still waiting for FDA approval - some of them are taking much longer than a year. There is the option for an emergency FDA approval, particularly on covid products but it is for a temporary period. Belluscura is applying for full FDA approval and that would be significant for TEK once it is given. Not long now - I have a gut feeling it is next month.
Can't agree more Camkite. Tesla making a move would be a significant springboard towards early retirement :)
I cannot see FDA approval before 31st Dec - could see the SP dip a little as there may be a few impatient investors moving on and I, that for sure, will definitely use my Xmas bonus to top up!
Would you guys be tempted to invest in Bellescura when they float on AIM after receiving the FDA approval? I think they will do very well. I'm thinking of opening a position.
Not Walker Crisps but Walker Crips lol
Trading lad - I think it is going to be different this time. TEK is on the cusp of receiving a steady flow of revenue from all corners as their portfolio of infant companies is starting to mature with commercial streams being set up. The big boys will want to take out a few of them with potentially a special dividend coming our way.
A profit is a profit. A million pounds or 10%. I continue to hold long term - been in since last March and next year is going to be life changing for some investors IMHO. GLA.
Investors should not panic sell the shares purely because of a fake article by the Independent paper. The government confirmed all is well and the machines continue to be delivered. If the SP drops tomorrow morning on a hearsay nonsense story, I am confident by the end of the day we’d end up blue.

I think we will do very well in 2021.
Definitely a re-rate to either the moon or Pluto - apologies for the ramp :)
There is a plan from NCYT, post COVID-19 - they will have plenty of cash in their coffers for M&A

All very interesting - an extra 6-12 miles per battery charge could make a difference to the car battery range for all electric cars depending how bumpy the roads are, particularly in the U.K.!
