CLN`s have been converted, yesterday was
a good example of a market maker rally,
no real substance , but people getting sucked
in by FOMO, there will be a time to buy, just not yet.

To all the rampers, no stock has ever reacted to constant
rampimg, MM`s know exectly whats going on, the read the rns,
they know the milage, it doesn`t help even day daytraders,
it`s a very illiquid stock, you try selling 100k into a mm rise,
NT! I say no more, tone it down guys

By my reckoning April 21st is the date the CLN`s
are due to be converted, that is if the price stays
above 10p, that would be 35days since relisting,
25working days plus 10weekend days, happy to
be contradicted.

MP, it could be indeed be a savvy move, the only
nagging doubt in my mind is, it`s between directors,
how much cash actually changed hands, or was it just
poker shuffle.

we`ve all seen the type of RNS that companies
issue, the MOU`S, the Strategic partnerships,
the mission statements, they move it for half a
day, the only RNS that builds solid gains are contract
wins with figures attached, evrything else is just froth!

Zag, any company announcement that is considered
price sensitive issued within a 30day period after a director
deals in its shares is considered insider dealing, whether
the FCA do anything is another matter!

Don`t rush Zag, directors buying mean no
price sensitive information can be RNS
within 30days of purchase.

watch as the loan notes are converted,
curse yourself for not having the patience
to wait until it drops below 10p, but at least
you`ll be my friend!

Personally I think the sooner the loan notes
are converted the better, get it out the way
and move on, nothing worse than having
a persistant seller over months, we all know
it`s going to happen, get on with it!
