" Charitable " - Mmmmmm
Everyones perception of fairness will be different but those with the power have had a long time to think this through with additional info possibly not available to the minions - quite some advantage to exploit a situation IMO.
If the tender was designed to benefit large shareholders at the expense of smaller ones i.e. deliberate exploitation or an abuse of power, how could it ever be proved ?
The only thing we can count on is uncertainty but one thing is certain, its always the poor that gets the blame !
Top of the class Xenon
Maybe not, there's still another 4 above you !
Maybe Xenon might have the answer :
He's becoming quite a gas although naturally inert !
Yes, tell us all NGR.
If believable, we'll all trust that the guidance is realistic and be able to put it to bed, for now.
@Kooba
Fuilly agree - thinks he's losing it and resorting back to some of his familiar traits.
It seems that investors words here have more power than those expressed by the CEO according to NGR.
Yet those embittered , disgruntled ones with axes to grind are also supposedly in a minority.
I suppose the truth is always the truth even if you're in a minority of one.
Mugged yourself off
Over emotional IMO !
Can anyone cite examples where professionals or independent institutions concluded that the settlement was in line with expectations or guidance outlined by the company - I only recall 'disappointment'.
Maybe that was an unnecessary 'emotional' expression also !
Confirmed - Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..............
Just to say that comedy itself has gone in a weird direction.
People seem to be really into ironic comedy, fakeness and cleverness.
Brian (joke) Lol
@NGR
Rather predictable spiel that NGR but don't see an explanation for your 'its been emotional '.
Any ideas who or what that was caused by - I'd have thought too high expectations and excitement engendered by members of the Board, especially the beloved Brian might have played a major part. But of course, I assume you'd find that acceptable, I assume, as part of his 'game of bluff' with Samsung that has been mentioned previously.
Why should anyone want a whole load of people to invest elsewhere ?
Is this company so bad !
What's been emotional ?
Or changed their mind or were lying first time around !
What conclusions could be drawn from the survey given the results of the previous one i.e. majority not happy with the proposal and didn't intend to tender - apart from maybe they were lying !
Bit dippy, dipstick !
With regards breakeven and regards 1st gen materials 'bragging and trumpeting' doesn't cut it with me although he appears to quite glibly remark, that its unambitious.
