When i was in wres.....i think,at the time,it $15k a ton of tungsen metal.

obviously,mines produce concentrate,containing tungsten molecules,so cheaper.

Wres's concentrate was called APT...cant remember the chemical name,,ammonia p tungsten

it sold for $250/300 an MTU.....that was about 4/5 years ago

dunno what that is in kg's

i used to work at a rod and bar steelmill and we used tungsten carbide discs,weighing around 20kg.....they cost £2k each and there was about 80 of them.

think people are mixing the weight up with MTU'S.

when wres was on the go,the old british ton,it was about £15k a ton.

cant remember the MTU PRICES.
