its mainly high buy ratings in the last year or two.....but when the ratings become predominantly sell.

then that tells you,the big boys,are selling

bonds historically,always have been safe,in western g10 government ones....its just that they dont make you much money,in percentage terms....unless you buy higher risk,corporate bonds.
